Advanced II Massage Therapy

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual lymphatic drainage is a light, repetitive manual detoxifying technique that brings you into a relaxed state. This technique boosts your immune system, detoxes the body, and provides an analgesic effect. MLD focuses on creating open lymphatic pathways to assist with fluid movement, calming of inflammation, and excreting toxins.

Sarga Massage

Sarga Bodywork is a barefoot massage technique that blends deep, sustained pressure with slow, mindful movement. Using a specially designed strap for stability, the therapist uses their feet to deliver long, gliding strokes that engage fascia and promote structural balance, deep relaxation, and lasting tension relief.

Brandon was trained at the Body and Soul School of Massage Therapy in Wichita, Kansas. He specializes in Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques, focusing on—but not limited to—athletes, emergency service professionals, and clients with disabilities. Through close coordination with local chiropractors and physical therapists, he delivers targeted trigger point release and blood-promoting effleurage designed to revolutionize mobility and eliminate pain. Arieanna’s path to massage therapy began with a deep desire for personal renewal and a more meaningful connection to others. When she first experienced massage during her training at Wellspring School of Allied Health it awakened something profound. She realized how much tension and pain she had been carrying, not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually. That moment sparked a transformation.

As she continued her studies and began practicing massage regularly, Arieanna discovered the true power of touch: its ability to help people release pain, reconnect with their bodies, and feel safe in their own skin. Her philosophy is rooted in empathy and shared humanity. “We all come to the table to let something go, and it usually shows up as tension or pain” Arieanna brings a grounded, intuitive presence to every session. She believes healing starts with acceptance and a belief that we’re all human, and simply showing up is a powerful act of self-care. Her goal is to help clients feel seen, supported, and reminded that they’re doing just fine.

She’s currently expanding her practice to include energy work like Reiki and lymphatic drainage, deepening her ability to support holistic wellness. Outside of massage, Arieanna is a creative soul who loves drawing and gaming with her two oldest boys. She encourages them to stay curious, inventive, and open-minded, and brings this same mentality to her practice.

Whether she’s working with a client or nurturing her family, Arieanna leads with compassion, strength, and a belief that healing is always possible.

Her massage is a mixture of Swedish, Myofascial release and Esalen to provide her clients with the ultimate relaxation experience. She also specializes in lymphatic drainage, prenatal massage, and medical and oncology massage.

Kimberly believes that massage is an effective holistic treatment for every client.
